Standard Transport Cancellations

Cancellation notice periods and charges can vary by service type. The applicable free-cancellation, partial-charge or full-charge window should be stated in the confirmed quotation or booking terms rather than assumed from another operator.

Airport Transfers

Arrival waiting and no-show treatment depends on the confirmed airport booking terms and the accuracy of flight and contact information supplied by the traveler.

Hourly, Daily and Monthly Bookings

Longer reserved service blocks may have different notice requirements because vehicles and chauffeurs are committed in advance. The confirmed quotation should state the applicable rule.

Event and Multi-Vehicle Bookings

Deposits and staged cancellation charges may apply when multiple vehicles, staff or suppliers are reserved. The signed event quotation or statement of work should define the applicable cancellation terms.

Artist, Talent and Third-Party Costs

Artist deposits, flights, hotels, venue, production and supplier commitments may become non-refundable once contracted. Any such amount should be identified in the proposal before payment.

Rescheduling

Where rescheduling is permitted, the new date, availability, price difference and any third-party rebooking costs should be confirmed before the change becomes effective.

Refund Method and Timing

Refund processing depends on the original payment method, merchant processor and the applicable confirmed booking terms. Nibrax should communicate the expected processing route when a refund is approved.

How to Cancel

Send the booking reference and cancellation request to book@nibrax.com or through the official Nibrax WhatsApp contact. The time Nibrax receives the request is used when applying the confirmed cancellation window.
