Read the terms governing Nibras Al Masarat transport and event-service bookings, payments, changes, passenger responsibilities and service scope.
Scope of Services
These terms govern confirmed bookings for chauffeur-driven transport, airport transfers, corporate mobility, event transportation, intercity services and separately quoted event or talent services. The confirmed booking, quotation or proposal forms part of the service terms.
Booking Confirmation
A request is not confirmed until Nibras communicates acceptance and any required payment or approved credit terms are satisfied. Vehicle model, pickup details, service duration and special requests are guaranteed only when written in the confirmed booking.
Prices and Payment
The quotation should state the currency, VAT treatment, included hours or route, waiting, parking or toll treatment, overtime and third-party costs where applicable. Event or artist proposals may include deposits or third-party commitments that are identified before payment.
Vehicle Substitution
If the exact requested vehicle becomes unavailable, Nibras may propose a comparable or upgraded alternative subject to the confirmed booking and applicable customer rights.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers should provide accurate pickup, flight, contact, passenger and luggage details, follow lawful safety instructions and avoid conduct that damages the vehicle or creates unsafe conditions.
Delays and Changes
Traffic, airport conditions, road closures, weather, security measures and events can affect journey timing. Material operational changes should be communicated and the agreed waiting or overtime rules applied.
Corporate and Event Bookings
For multi-vehicle, event or corporate work, the signed quotation, movement plan or statement of work should define vehicle quantities, operating windows, contacts, invoicing, cancellation and change-control rules.
Event and Artist Services
Artist availability, third-party production services and entertainment permits or approvals remain subject to contracts, licensing and competent-authority decisions. No performer or approval should be treated as guaranteed until formally confirmed.
Liability, Insurance and Governing Law
Liability, insurance limits, governing law and dispute provisions should follow the final legally reviewed Nibras terms and actual insurance position.
